Palm Island Banana Pancake
Great get-out-of-bed allurement, delicious pancake breakfast
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 Tbs vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup banana, pureed
Preparation:
Combine eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla
in bowl and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then ladle onto greased skillet. Cook until
bubbles form on the top of each pancake, flip and cook for three more
minutes. Serve hot with syrup.
