Preparation:
1. Heat oil in pan and saute
the ingredients for frying until aromatic.
2. Add in goat meat and ribs. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes, goat stock
and season to taste. Boil until potatoes are tender, add coconut milk.
3. Serve with white rice.
