Preparation:
1. Mix ingredients well in a
mixing bowl. Shape a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball the size of
a ping pong ball.
2. Heat enough oil for deep-frying. Deep-fry the meatballs until brown
and cooked through. Make about 20 balls.
3. Serve with chilli sauce and cucumber slices.
