Classic Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:
5 Cloves Garlic
12 Anchovie Filets
4 Eggs
2 Cups Olive
Oil
2 Cups Vegetable
Oil
Lemon Juice
Parmesan Cheese
Preparation:
Mince garlic cloves & anchovie
filets. Whip eggs, olive oil & vegetable oil -- whisk until
emulsified. Add minced garlic and anchovie to mixture, squeeze in
fresh lemon juice and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
