Chocolate Banana Souffle
Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
1 | large banana - mashed |
1/2 tsp | cornstarch |
1 tbp | cocoa powder |
2 | large egg whites |
1 tbp | sugar |
Preparation:
Lightly spray 2 souffle dishes with a vegetable cooking spray and coat with sugar.
Combine the banana, cornstarch and cocoa power in a bowl.
Whip the egg whites with the sugar to stiff peaks and fold into the banana mixture.
Place the batter into the prepared cups and bake in a 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes.
Dust the top with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings
