Room Types
Terrace - Standard guest room with assorted non-water views (views are not guaranteed).
Harbor - Standard guest room with view of harbor or marina.
Water - Standard guest room with view of ocean or waterscape.
Imperial Club - Suite or standard guest room in concierge level, with harbor or water view.
The prevailing nightly rate applies. Rates are in US dollars per room, per night based on double occupancy and do not include 12% resort levy. Excluding airfare and optional features. Rates are subject to change without notice. Restrictions apply. Children 11 and under are No Charge. Adult pricing begins at 12 years of age and is $45 per each additional adult. Utility Surcharge: $3.50 per person/per day, 12 years and older. Maximum of 6 nights required for any reservation touching the nights of 12/27, 12/28, 12/29, 12/30 and 12/31. Any cancellation received after November 1, 2005 for arrivals during the period of 12/22/05 - 1/1/06 will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. No Shows will be penalized for the entire length of stay.
Extra person rate - $45 per day, 13 years and older.
A two night deposit is required at the time of booking.
